Warranty Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to current product instructions, Stop Flood warrants that an unused product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship until the stated expiry or shelf-life date, or until first activation or use. This voluntary warranty does not cover damage, improper storage, accidental wetting, contamination, use outside instructions or performance limitations caused by flood conditions rather than a product defect.
